I am a newbie to working at home part-time. Someday it will be full time. Tired of office politics, commuting, job insecurity, and just plain burned out? Working at home is for the self disciplined, motivated, creative individuals who also wish to have more flexibility, family time and financial freedom. We baby boomers are different from our parents generation. No more 40 years working the same job and then retiring. We work out physically but we also work our minds in reaching beyond our chosen professions to achieve that inner passion. Most of us like to help people. I have always worked in the health field and still enjoy helping people. It is time in my life to fulfill my passion of helping people by taking a different direction. Working at home is challenging but rewarding. I want to succeed and am sure that I will. Any comments from other work at home newbies or the more experienced would be greatly appreciated.
